Bully prevention seminar was a big hit!

Published on September 12, 2016

Over the weekend Conquest BJJ held its 3rd annual bully prevention seminar. With bullying becoming a nationwide epidemic for kids in school we feel its important to educate kids on how to prevent bullying and protect themselves if it ever became physical. With Saturdays great turn out we can confidently say we put a dent into our local bullies.

The seminar covered all phases of how to keep your self safe. Such things like having the proper body language, building confidence, and finally the three steps to take when actually encountered by a bully. If you feel that your child needs help or just want amore secure peace of mind for their safety make sure to send them to Conquest BJJ where they can learn valuable life long skills for self defense.img_2655
