Jess Fleming
Jess is a long-time Fight Fitter. Joining her first “Early Bird” challenge in November 2014 after she decided to make a change in her life; having three kids, a full-time desk job and ‘no time’ was no longer an excuse. She lost 20lbs during that first challenge. After joining the gym, she participated in a few more Fight Fit challenges, ultimately losing about 45lbs. and reaching her goal weight early in 2017. During that time she also faced the challenge of discovering she had Lymphedema and had to learn how to manage it. Undergoing multiple surgeries that put her out of FF for weeks at a time, she always returned and bounced right back into her 5am fight fit routine. Throughout her weight loss journey she also began running again and completed 3 marathons and dozens of other races including the 'Dopey Challenge' in addition to being a consistent 5am FF class attendee. Not wanting to give up going to 5am fight fit classes but needing the extra time to train for races, she also began a 4:30am (pre-5am fight fit) run club, which is still going strong at the Conquest Millersville location.
Drawing inspiration from the variety of conquest coaches she’s had over her 5+ years as a member, she now teaches our M/W 5am Fight Fit classes in Pasadena.
