Jodi Flippen is a passionate and dedicated fitness professional with certifications through NASM as a Personal Trainer and AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor. She is also CPR/AED certified and holds Level 1 & 2 Certifications in Teaching Strength Training to Seniors, ensuring safe and effective workouts for all ages.
Jodi stays up to date with the latest fitness trends by regularly taking continuing education courses, constantly expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients. Known for her energy and enthusiasm, she brings dynamic and engaging workouts to every session—and yes, burpees are always included!
