Join us at Conquest Martial Arts & Fitness in Millersville for our annual Murph Challenge on Monday, May 26th, with heats starting at 8AM, 9AM, and 10AM.
What Is the Murph Workout?
The Murph WOD is a classic hero workout named in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service during Operation Red Wings. The workout includes:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
All performed with a weighted vest (optional).
New to this? No worries—scaled versions are available, so no matter your fitness level, you can participate, push yourself, and pay tribute.
