Drew Burns

Drew began her fitness journey back in 2001 when she decided to get her AFAA Primary Group Fitness certification after falling in love with group fitness classes.  She had played tennis for four years and softball for two years of high school but had not really pursued the fitness field beyond that. She initially taught step and muscle conditioning classes for a few years before moving to Maryland in 2004.  It was then that she became hooked and decided to expand her repertoire and explore the world of Les Mills.  Not only had fitness become her passion, but coaching became an integral part of her journey.

Teaching Les Mills at Gold’s Gym opened new doors for her and introduced her to the amazing world of martial arts.  Though completely out of her comfort zone, She decided to take Muay Thai private lessons.  Shortly after that, in 2012, she began teaching teaching Fight Fit classes. Thought she dabbled in BJJ for a very short time and took boxing privates for some time, Fight Fit has been a constant for her since 2012.
