Rob joined Conquest in 2017. Although he had some BJJ training at different duty stations, he joined as a white belt and has since been promoted to purple belt under Vicente Junior. After completing one of the 4-week challenges and losing 26 lbs, he began instructing Fight Fit, specifically #HeadbandTuesday! He is a firm believer in proper headgear. Rob is a Navy veteran and current Reservist.
Conquest is a one of a kind gym. I have been going to gyms for 10+ yrs and have not gotten the results that I was able to achieve at Conquest. Everyone is friendly, from Staff to other members. Everyone is also willing to help you with whatever your goals may be. Not only has conquest allowed to me gain the results I was looking for, they also gave me the passion to better myself and continue to workout for a goal. I would and will recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape, learn a BJJ, and the other martial arts that they offer.

I love that I found this place. Even though I already had a strict gym routine going It has been amazing for me both physically and mentally. The coaches are great and extremely knowledge. You always feel welcome and even if it’s your first few classes. You are given great direction and the coaches make sure they are available to you. Shout out to Pat and Wayde, you guys are awesome and one of these days that right hooks gonna land how it should. Smash the bug lol

I recently joined in January and am so impressed. People ask me all the time now if I’m working out again and tell me how great I look. More importantly I feel great. The trainers are awesome, as well as the other members. Best decision I’ve ever made.
